The Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards are ready to welcome works from talented film producers, communication agencies, client companies, TV stations as well as students. The most impressive entries will be awarded the Gold, Silver and Black Dolphin Trophies. The deadline for entries is 17th June 2016.
Shortlist and new categories
The Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards constantly follow audio-visual industry trends resulting in certain changes. The new edition not only will present an extended list of categories, but also will introduce a shortlist with all works that have been selected for final consideration to win a prize.
The six new categories are:
Marketing Communication, which has been divided into two separate categories, B2B and B2C.
Live Projects & Experiences
Visitor Films recommended, for example, to museums and exhibitions, and Micro-Videos category
Within the section TV Documentaries and Reports two new categories have been added: Current Affairs, Human Concerns & Social Issues and Leisure & Sport.
Participation, jury and awards ceremony
All productions aired/produced/posted online after the 1st January 2014 are eligible for submission. Entries must be made online. Participants can choose from 39 categories, which are divided into five main groups: Corporate Films and Videos, TV Documentaries and Reports, Online Media, Production Arts & Crafts and Students.
The international and independent jury consists of Oscar and Emmy winners, corporate and mass media specialists, film experts as well as professionals in marketing and communication.
The Awards Gala will take place in Cannes, France, on 13th October 2016.
For the second year, the most successful production companies can compete for the Blue Dolphin and can become the Production Company of the Year.
