Once again, Zain Group, is involved in the passion and enthusiasm of the Lebanese public for football by ensuring that the 2018 World Cup matches are watched free of charge and directly on Lebanon TV and via cable in cooperation with Sama. The signing ceremony of the Golden Sponsorship Agreement was held between touch and Sama, the sole agent of BEIN Channels in Lebanon.
Commenting on the agreement, Emre Gurkan, CEO of touch says, “There is no doubt that Touch’s position allows it to take the lead in fulfilling a national duty when it should, beyond the limits of securing the best cellular services for the Lebanese citizens. So we have to sign this contract with Sama to ensure that the World Cup matches are free for all Lebanese, so that they can enjoy the whole event for a whole month. It is a pleasure for touch to share with the Lebanese people their love for this game”.
Mr. Mohammed Mansour, Chairman of Sama, thanked Prime Minister Saad Hariri, the Ministerial Committee, Bein and Mr. Nasser Al Khulaifi for facilitating Lebanon’s enjoyment of this sporting event.
At the same time, Touch organizes a series of activities related to the World Cup to share the enthusiasm of the Lebanese in keeping up with the matches, through a series of competitions and challenges on their own pages on social media channels, including winning valuable prizes.
